  • We all have our favorite shops and places to visit. Here is a special place that has something for everyone. Jess cares about each item she offers, and her handmade sweets are something you must experience. 717 Sweet has something there for everyone.

  • Sweet 717 is an incredible candy store with unique treats. I have ordered from Jess for years around the holidays for all my co-workers and friends. She is a small business owner with a huge heart for her community. She often has a small food pantry near one of her production sites and has recently has raised thousands for people in need. Her marshmallows are my favorite and her white chocolate peanut butter eggs are insanely good.

  • Sweet 717 is an incredible business for anyone who loves delicious, handcrafted sweets, or anyone who believes in voting with their dollar.

Their peanut butter cups and nonpareils are absolutely to die for, and they were all anyone could talk about when I bought some to bring home for my family’s Christmas.

  • Shopping at Sweet 717 is a real ‘treat’. Jess and her team serve exquisite treats to satisfy any palate, and they also provide impeccable service. If you are looking for artisan sweet treats in HBG, there is only one place to shop to satisfy your sweet tooth and/or procure many of their products for gifts. I can’t recommend Sweet 717 enough for a memorable and ‘sweet’ shopping experience.

FAQs

Is your candy really handmade?

Yes! Our candy is made by human hands, not machines. all products are made in small batches by our team in Central Pennsylvania using recipes and techniques that have been passed down from the owner's grandmother. We still hand-cut, hand-dip, and hand-package all of our products.

What makes your fudge different?

Our fudge is cooked from scratch using grandma's recipe rather than being made from pre-made mixes. The result is a rich, creamy texture and old-fashioned flavor that our customers love!

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship our candy throughout the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Do I need to refrigerate my candy?

Most of our products can be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place. During warmer months, refrigeration may help preserve quality. If refrigerated, allow candy to come to room temperature before enjoying for the best flavor.

Can I include a gift message?

Absolutely! You can add a gift message during checkout and we'll handwrite the note on a special card and include it with your order in lieu of a receipt. :)

Do you offer corporate gifts or bulk orders?

Yes! We love helping businesses, organizations, and event planners create memorable gifts. Contact us to discuss the details!

Are your products made in a nut-free facility?

No. Many of our products contain peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, milk, soy, and other allergens. Because these ingredients are used throughout our facility, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We want you to love your candy. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to make it right.

Do you have a retail store?

No. we are primarily a production facility and online candy shop. We also participate in local events and offer free delivery within a 20 mile radius of midtown Harrisburg PA
